Krystal has spent her career managing investor accounting operations across agency and GSE investor portfolios, building a reputation grounded in disciplined controls, examination readiness, and GSE audit compliance. She has led the cashiering and investor reporting workstreams through complex loan servicing transfers, delivering complete custodial reconciliation and a seamless transition for every party involved.
She founded Harleston Advisors to bring that depth of institutional knowledge directly to community-scale servicers navigating the same compliance obligations as large institutions, without the overhead and cost structure of a large firm.
